Dr. Mischley is a resource for the unconventional and is willing to think outside the box. Her goal in health care is to educate, integrate, and stimulate. Dr. Mischley specializes in the treatment and management of Parkinson’s Disease and Parkinsonism.

In preparation for your first visit with Dr. Mischley:

To get the most out of your first visit, it’s ideal to have two sets of test results on hand to evaluate your current state of health and create a plan to meet your health goals. These recommendations are based on current research and Dr. Mischley’s experience with Parkinson’s Disease. Having both sets of labs completed and ready is ideal for your first 90 minute visit.

Testing for the first visit includes:

A) Parkinson’s Disease Panel. The Parkinson’s Disease Panel is made up of 16 tests:

  • HsCRP
  • Homocysteine
  • TSH
  • Standard Lipid Panel
  • HBA1c
  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
  • Ferritin
  • Iron and IBC
  • Vitamin B12
  • CBC with Auto Diff
  • Uric Acid
  • Vitamin D 25 OH
  • Omega Check
  • DHEA-S
  • F2 Isoprostanes
  • Methylmalonic Acid

There are two ways to get the Parkinson’s Panel tests completed:

  1. Speak with your local practitioner to see if they would be willing to order these tests for you through your insurance plan or
  2. Call our office at 206-525-8012 and we’ll be happy to help you order these tests through our discounted lab for $300.

B) Hair Elements Test

Hair Elements analysis provides information regarding recent and ongoing exposure to potentially toxic metals, especially methylmercury and arsenic, and time-averaged status of specific nutrient elements. 

Doctors Data, the lab who processes the hair samples will charge $79.00 for this test and your test results will result to our office three weeks after submission. A test kit will be mailed to you from our office when your appointment is made.

ProPD Survey
