She completed Bastyr University’s naturopathic doctor program in 2016 and then went on complete a competitive primary care residency at Bastyr Center for Natural Health. Subsequently, she started her own private practice at Bastyr Center for Natural Health while also serving as an adjunct faculty member training medical students and resident physicians at Bastyr University’s teaching clinic.

Dr. Regan’s clinical interests include family medicine, women’s health and fertility, GI concerns, autoimmune conditions, mental health, cardiology, and pain medicine. When appropriate, she incorporates physical medicine, naturopathic manipulation, and visceral manipulation techniques into her treatment protocols. She focuses on foundations of health and works with her patients to understand the cause of dysfunction and then helps to outline paths to optimizing wellness. Dr. Regan helps her patients rediscover their body’s innate healing ability through personalized treatment plans that may include nutrition, botanical medicine, nutrient supplementation, counseling, physical medicine, and pharmaceutical therapies. She views the doctor-patient relationship as a partnership, and she empowers patients to achieve well-being and restoration of their bodies’ balance.

In addition to her medical practice, Dr. Regan recently completed a term on the board of the Naturopathic Academy of Primary Care Physicians, where she worked to create further educational opportunities for NDs and to expand to reach of the profession. She guest lectures in classes at Bastyr University and has sat on panels with organizations like KEXP. She has a rambunctious toddler and she and her husband are deeply connected to the bluegrass/folk music scene in the area . In her free time you can find her playing or seeing music, practicing yoga, bike-packing or hiking, gardening, and finding new ways to make her little boy laugh.
