Are your providers currently taking new patients?

Yes, each of our highly trained health providers are open to helping both new and current patients. 

I’m an established patient. How can I communicate with my health provider?

You’re more than welcome to call our office at 206-525-8012 and our remarkable front staff will pass on any necessary information to your health provider on your behalf. We also have a patient portal, Elation Passport, used to communicate with most of our health providers. If you’d like to sign up for an account, just give us a call and we’ll send you an invite to the portal. Please note: Dr. Mischley is not connected with the Patient Passport and prefers communication to go through our front desk.

How do I make an appointment?

Give us a call at 206-525-8012 Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm PST and we’ll be happy to schedule you for an appointment that works well for you. 

If you have a health provider you’re interested in working with or even if you need a little help finding the right provider for you, our amazing front desk staff is ready to help you find the clinician to meet your needs.

Can I schedule an appointment online?

ISome of our providers offer online scheduling for current patients. Of you are not a current patient or have not been seen by one of our providers in the past three years, please call us at 206-525-8012 to make an appointment over the phone.

Is the health provider I want to work with covered by my insurance?

The providers at Seattle Integrative Medicine are contracted with various insurance companies and as a courtesy will bill them on your behalf when possible. 

These companies include but are not limited to Premera, Regence, Lifewise, First Choice, Cigna, and Aetna. Insurance companies our providers are not contracted with include: Medicare, Medicaid, Apple Care, Molina, and Cooperative Care. If your insurance company is or is not listed above, this doesn’t necessarily imply coverage or lack thereof.

With so much changing in the insurance world, we recommend understanding your insurance coverage before coming in to see the doctor. Our staff does not verify an individual patient’s insurance coverage prior to appointments.

How can I find out if a health provider is covered on my insurance plan?

1) Find a provider who may meet your individual health needs best by visiting our provider’s page.

2) Call your insurance company using the number on the back of your insurance card and ask if that particular physician is covered on your plan. Our providers are contracted individually with insurance companies, so using their name is important. If asked to confirm a service address, our address is:

OR

2) Log onto your insurance company’s website. After you enter your ID number and password, look for a “Find a provider” or “Search for a doctor” search bar. Enter in the doctor’s name you plan on meeting with. If they show up as covered on your plan, and the service address is listed as: 2111 N. Northgate Way Suite 221, Seattle, WA 98133**, you should have all the proof you need.

Again, our providers are contracted individually with insurance companies, so using their name and not Seattle Integrative Medicine is an important step.

Please be aware that even if your health provider is contracted with an insurance company, it does not guarantee coverage or payment for all services. Contacting your insurance company to inquire about coverage either via phone or online will help you understand your individual coverage best. 

** We moved to our current Northgate location in 2019, so some insurance companies may still not have our updated address. If this is the case, the previous address was 5322 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle WA 98105 **

I don’t have insurance or my plan doesn’t cover the health provider I’d like to see. Now what?

Some of our providers at Seattle Integrative Medicine may offer a discounted cash rate for services when insurance does not apply. These discounts are offered when the visit is paid for the same day the service is provided. Please inquire when making an appointment regarding this discounted rate.

For more information about each physician’s discount cash rates, please give us a call at 206-525-8012 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST and we’ll help you with estimated costs and discounted rates for the healthcare provider of your choice.

Do you offer telemedicine?

Yes! Our healthcare providers offer video visits via medically secure Zoom. When scheduling your appointment, just let us know you’d like a telemedicine visit and a secure link will be sent your way so you and your provider can connect.

Do you offer in-person visits?

Yes! With the exception of Wellness Exams, in-person appointments are offered on a case to case basis with the discretion of the health provider. 

Where do I park?

Free parking is offered at our building at Meridian Northgate on both the upper and lower level of the garage. Entrances for parking can be found on the south side of N Northgate Way as well as the West side of Meridian Ave N. The lower level is marked reserved but rest assured, it’s reserved for you.

Are the vitamin supplements recommended covered by my insurance?

Usually not. Fortunately though, since these are physician recommended and prescribed therapies they are eligible for payments using Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). We also take payment for supplements in debit and credit card, check or cash.

Pharmacy Questions

How do I place an order?

Simply visit www.simpharmacy.com and you will be redirected to our online pharmacy. A link can also be found on our homepage:  www.seattleintegrativemedicine.com on the bottom left-hand side of the homepage.

Is shipping really free?

Yes! Shipping for all orders over $25 within the US have no no shipping charge. Though we’re able to ship into Canada, we’re unable to offer free shipping to this area.

Who receives the orders?

As soon as you place an order on our online pharmacy, our staff is notified of your purchase. Your product is then located, packaged, and sent to your address within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, we will contact you to let you know the status of your order. 

When will my order arrive?

In most cases, you will receive your shipment within 5 business days. Factors which affect shipment times include the recipient’s location and availability of the product to ship. In the event your product is not available, you will be notified immediately via email or phone. We ship packages Monday through Friday with the exception of USPS holidays. Orders received after 11:00am PST will be shipped the next business day. 

I need a rush order, overnight or 2-day delivery. Is that possible?

For special shipping needs, please call our office directly at 206-525-8012 and we’ll do all we can to help.

I haven't received my order yet and I think adequate time has passed. What should I do?

We make every possible effort to package and ship your purchase to you in a timely manner. In the event your product fails to arrive on time, please give us a call at 206-525-8012 and we’ll do all we can to help.

I don't use credit cards. Can I pay by check or debit card? Do you process electronic checks?

Yes, we take debit cards both over the phone and on our online pharmacy. Checks can be processed via our online partner, PayPal. If you don’t already have an account with PayPal, you will be required to create one in order to use this service.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address than my own, or to more that one address?

All items placed in an order can be shipped to one address at a time. This address doesn’t necessarily have to be your address. If you would like your order to be shipped to one or more addresses, we suggest you make separate orders for each location to ensure the products arrive at the correct location.

If I live close by, can I come to the clinic to pick my order up?

If you prefer to pick up your supplements instead of having them shipped to you, we recommend indicating this when placing your online order or making your order via phone to avoid shipping charges. Please call us at 206-525-8012 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone and put it aside for pick up.

I just placed an order and realized I made a mistake. How do I change it?

Give us a call at 206-525-8012 and we’ll go through your order with you to correct any errors which may have happened along the way.

Can you ship outside of the US?

Due to shipping regulations we can only ship to Canada with applicable international shipping rates. If you’d like to make an order to be shipped to Canada, feel free to call us at 206-525-8012 and we’ll be happy to take your order over the phone and ship within the next business day. 

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please give us a call at 206-525-8012 within 24 hours of when the order was placed and we will do all we can to cancel your order. 

How do I check order status?

For the most accurate shipping information, please give us a call at 206-503-8012.

How do I return an order?

Returns of unopened, undamaged, and supplements within 3 months of expiration can be returned in person or via mail at our office: 2111 N Northgate Way #221 Seattle, WA 98133. If your order has been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Am I charged when I place an order?

As soon as your order is placed, you will be charged immediately for your purchase. If charges are inconsistent with your purchase, refunds and adjustments may be made. For more information see our merchant terms and conditions.

Dr. Dodge is the best!!! The staff are also wonderful! My whole family sees Dr Dodge. I trust him completely.

Dr. McCarty is wonderful!  This is the only doctor I’ve seen that will actually call me back right away when I leave a msg. She really knows what she’s doing.
